Withdrawal of EOI-25/26-05 and Re-advertisement: Impact Evaluation Research EOI
The Services Sector Education and Training Authority hereby withdraws the previously advertised Expression of Interest (EOI-25/26-05) relating to the DG Grant Impact Evaluation.
The Services SETA now invites suitably experienced researchers, public and private research providers, institutions, employer associations, professional bodies and eligible consortia to partner with the Services SETA in delivering a skills development research project focused on the impact evaluation of the Services SETA since inception.
The research project will assess the performance, effectiveness, impact, outcomes and value generated through Services SETA-funded interventions over the period 2000/01 to 2024/25. The study is intended to provide evidence-based recommendations to inform future strategy, policy and investment decisions.
Entities that previously submitted research proposals are encouraged to resubmit.
Who Should Apply
This call is open to private research providers, public higher education institutions, research entities, employer associations, professional bodies and eligible consortia with the required research capacity, legal standing and relevant experience to undertake the project.

Applications open on Wednesday, 24 June 2026 at 08:00 and will close on Wednesday, 22 July 2026 at 16:00.
