SSP Stakeholder Consultation Workshops (2027/28)
The Services SETA is currently hosting stakeholder consultation workshops as part of the process to update the 2027/28 Sector Skills Plan (SSP).
These virtual sessions, underway across all chambers, are designed to gather input from industry to ensure that sector planning remains relevant, responsive, and aligned to current and future skills needs.
The consultations focus on updating the Hard-To-Fill Vacancies (scarce skills) list, identifying critical skills gaps, and exploring the key drivers shaping skills demand and supply in the services sector. Insights gathered through this process will directly inform skills development interventions and priorities for the 2027/28 financial year.
