Help Shape Workplace Learning Opportunities
Services SETA is inviting employers operating within the services sector to participate in the Employment Tax Incentive (ETI) Awareness Survey.
The survey is being conducted to assess employers’ willingness and capacity to host interns, apprentices and learners through Work-Integrated Learning, Work-Based Learning, internship and apprenticeship programmes.
It also aims to understand the factors that influence employer participation, including the role of the ETI. Employers will have an opportunity to identify the barriers they experience and the support they require to provide or expand workplace learning opportunities.
The information collected will help Services SETA measure employer interest and identify possible gaps between the supply of learners and available workplace opportunities. It will also support the development of evidence-based recommendations to strengthen employer participation within the services sector.
The survey should be completed by an employer or an authorised representative who understands the organisation’s staffing, training and workplace learning requirements.
The survey closes on 07 August 2026.
