Financial Year-End Invoice Submission Notice

As part of the 31 March 2026 financial year-end process, Services SETA requests all service providers to ensure that invoices and supporting documentation are submitted within the required deadlines.

Invoices for services rendered up to 28 February 2026 must be submitted through the Invoice Management Hub (IMH) by 13 March 2026.

Invoices for services rendered during March 2026 must be submitted through the Invoice Management Hub (IMH) by 10 April 2026.

Where contracts have expired and invoices were not previously submitted, outstanding invoices and supporting documentation (including the expired contract) must be submitted to OverDueInvoices@serviceseta.org.za by 10 April 2026.

Please note that this notice does not apply to Mandatory Grant (MG) employers, as they do not provide goods or services to Services SETA.
