Services SETA ensures that the service sector has the skills to promote growth, improve employment opportunities, and enhance career progression for those already employed.

We would like to survey learners who finished their funded programs between 2019 and 2022. Furthermore, we would like to find out how they benefited from the training programme in order to improve our support to future learners.
- Destination of the learners who completed Learnerships, Apprenticeships, Internships, Skills Programmes, Adult Basic Education and Training (ABET), Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), Short-training courses, and Bursary programmes and candidacies.
- Factors relating to employment/unemployment.
- Nature of employment
This quick and easy survey provides basic details about yourself, the programme you attended, and what you currently do.
The survey is anonymous, and responses will not be linked back to you or to the specific training programme you attended. However, as a public authority, the research by Services SETA is in the public interest and compliance with the POPI Act; applicable laws and regulations are therefore observed.
